Our Return Policy

We make every effort to ensure you purchase a clean and happy plant!  Please ask us before you leave with your purchase about the care requirements of your plant(s).

Most (but not always all) of our plants located outside of the greenhouse are suited for our climate however some may prefer sheltered areas or may not make it through an exceptionally cold or dry winter. Please read the tag on the plant to ensure you have the right spot for it. All plants need adequate moisture to become established,  especially through the hot summer months.  Some plants are more prone to problems than others and any plant starved of proper care is more susceptible to pests and disease.  We do not accept plants back that have become diseased or infested with pests since being purchased. We do not guarantee plants that don’t make it through winter.

Should your plant fail within 30 days of providing it with proper care we may consider a store credit or replacement.

Returns of plant material (due to not being suitable) will be considered within 2 days of purchase due to the perishable nature of live plants. Plants must be returned in the same condition as purchased.  Refunds, returns or exchanges of non-plant material will be considered within 7 days due to the seasonal nature of our business and related products.

Refunds, returns or exchanges will be considered only with the original receipt or you are a Cultivate Club Member and the sale is recorded in our system.

All discounted sales are final with the exception of the Cultivate Club discount.
